The above, it is expected, are to be carried out at all the three levels of church life and governance i.e., by synodal committees and boards, circuit assemblies, commissions and church councils as well as organs of support at all levels.
TIME FRAMES
Time and tide waits for no man, goes the English saying. Another saying of similar meaning goes: Procrastination is the thief of time. The two sayings suggest that the implementation should be as soon as possible.
Dissemination of information: By the end of 2013 all MRCC congregations, circuit commissions and organs of support should be informed about the vision and mission. Information is to be spread through:
• Visiting members of the moderature to different circuit assemblies.
• Special and usual circular letters from the office of the scribe and church administrator.
• The church mouth piece – Montshafatsi.
• MRCC website.
